Cole Turns 2 !

On August 3rd, Cole turned 2 years old.  I can't believe my last little baby is no longer a baby- but a full blow two year old toddler.  We just kept things low key at home as far as celebrating.  We opened gifts in the morning and had the traditional birthday donut.  Most of the pictures I got are blurry or are of the backside of his head.  He is not much of a poser when there is so much excitement going on.  His big gift was a ride on motorized Mater car.  His cousin Beckett has one that he tried out while we were in Utah so we knew he would like it.  He starts every morning off now by yelling "Mater, Mater," and pointing at the garage.  Hopefully it will cool down here some day so we can actually ride it for more than a few minutes. Sadie helped me make and decorate his cake which we topped with a lightning mcqueen and a mater hot wheels as well as 2 candles.  Cole was not a huge fan of the fire, but he got plenty of help from his siblings when it was time to blow out the candles.  Happy Birthday Cole! We are so glad you are in our family!!
