A couple of months ago, Sadie was asked to apply for entrance into the National Elementary Honor Society. She had to fill out the application and then it was reviewed by the NEHS board at her school. A couple weeks later we found out she was accepted and last Thursday night we attended the induction ceremony. We even went shopping for a new dress for the occasion. Starting in the fall, she will start participating with the society and be involved in several service projects as well as other activities at the school. She has to keep a very high gpa to stay in the society, but I am sure that won't be a problem for her. We are so proud of Sadie and all of her accomplishments!
