Holiday Recap and onto 2010
We had a great couple of weeks surrounding Christmas and New Years. My parents came for a few days then we had Brad's parents and we finished off the holiday season with a visit from Uncle Matt and Aunt Sierra(Brad's brother and his wife). We did so many fun things that it all seems a blur now. Sadie and Drew got bikes from Santa. Sadie is a pro on hers and Drew just likes to put his feet up on the handle bars and get pushed around. The weather has been in the 70s here lately so we have had lots of opportunity to go out bike riding. We had a couple trips to the Mesa temple to see the lights, lots of yummy food, and plenty of time playing all of the kids new games with our visitors. I was able to get a pedicure and sneek out to see New Moon with Sierra. Brad got a Michigan football jersey in hopes that when he wears it they will have a better season- hahaha. We loved having everyone come here this year to visit instead of us driving the 12 hours to snowy Utah. I think I will have to try pretty hard to persuade Brad to do it any other way in the coming years. We are now back to school and work and the daily routine which makes me happy. Sadie loves being back to school and Drew enjoys having all of the new Christmas toys to play with while Sadie is gone. Brad doesn't start back to school for another week and a half so we are still taking advantage of having him around. Our evenings are filled with bike rides, walks, playing wii, and football watching of course. I am trying not to think about what happens when this week and a half is over and it is back to me doing it all while Brad hits the books. Only three more classes to go though and he will be an MBA grad. 2010 holds exciting times for the Phillips Family! Happy New Year!
