Keeping Busy

We are all keeping pretty busy around here. Sadie is doing so great in school. I got her first report from her teacher last Friday and it said that she is making lots of friends and is great at listening and following instructions. She has already started identifying certain words when we are out and about so she must be learning something while she is there. She really enjoys sitting at the big table for lunch and her recess time. She cycles through art- music- PE- and library each week and really enjoys her "specials." The uniforms are working out great. She can mix and match almost any of them and loves to pick out her outfit each night. Friday is a free day where the kids can wear what they want and she still tried to tell me she wanted to wear one of her uniforms. Brad is plugging away in his Marketing class. He has two more weeks left and then we will get our one week reprieve before starting another class. He is already planning to work his study schedule for his next class around Michigan football games. Go Blue- let's all hope they have a better season this year for the sake of my marriage- just kidding...kind of. Drew is loving his new found independence away from Sadie which really means that he gets control of the tv shows we watch in the morning. As long as Dora and Diego are on- he is a happy boy. Brinlee is getting a couple teeth on top and is making her pain known to us all. Hopefully they will pop through soon and the wailing will stop. She does have bursts of happiness which are usually when she is crawling towards Drew's stuffed animal entourage and he is freaking out that she is going to get them. I am keeping busy making sure that this family of five stays fed and clothed and sane..for the most part. Here is a pic of Brinlee in all her snotty nose teething glory.

I really miss that little Brinlee face! The tiny tear in her eye and the cutie toes make my heart hurt the most. Give hugs to everybody from me.
