Today we headed out for some pre birthday/valentine family festivities. It was the anual Diamondbacks FanFest at Chase field- and we we just can't turn down a free sporting event so we went. We had a great time- especially since the kids could participate in more of the acitivies this year since they are a little bit bigger. Brad got in on a lot of the action too and had a pretty good time. There were some big inflatable slides in the middle of the field and while I was making my way down to the field with Brinlee in the stroller- some how the kids talked Brad into letting them go down this huge shark shaped slide. If you know anything about Sadie- you know that she has a "sensitive" stomach and though she may say that she wants to go on this giant slide- it is not a good idea. Drew went right down the slide and loved it- Sadie on the other hand took about five minutes of coaxing by Brad at the bottom of the slide, and if you look closely at the picture of her coming down you will see that she didn't really enjoy it. After that we really did have a good time with the kids playing wiffle ball, everyone taking a turn seeing how fast they could throw, and a photo op with some players.(I am sure Brad could tell you who they are- but at the moment their names escape me) What a fun filled day for the Phillip's fam.
PS-
Sadie lost her first tooth in the middle of the night last week. She made it down the ladder of her bunk beds in the dark holding the tooth and brought it to me at 12:15 am. The tooth fairy came the next night and now Sadie is 1 dollar richer. Here are a couple pics of her new smile sans one tooth.

That face Sadie's making hurts my heart! Glad to know she made it down safely:) Drew looks like he's having a ball. Love the pic of the missing tooth. What a fun, cute family you guys are. You're making the memories now that will be talked about around the Thanksgiving table for many years to come!

Rory has her first loose tooth as of Friday, we'll see how long it takes to come out!
