Conference Weekend

This year for general conference weekend, we invested in a new tent.  The kids have always loved the tradition of setting up their pop up tents to watch conference.  We have a family night the Monday before and talk about King Benjamin and how the people then pitched their tents with the door facing the temple so they could hear King Benjamin speak.  Unfortunately, our poor pop up tents had about had it due to Cole's roughhousing. Thanks to a sweet deal on amazon, free shipping, and a credit on my account- this cool new tent was ours for under 5 bucks.  It was the perfect size and made for a great hang out during conference.  We had lots of yummy food per tradition.  Sadie was my amazing sous chef and helped me get everything baked.  We had a nice relaxing weekend staying at home watching conference.  Success!
