30 Days of Thankful- #11- Cold Nights and Hot Chocolate

It is a frigid 55 degrees here in AZ tonight.  The kids begged to wear socks to bed.  Funny how I grew up in the real cold winters of Utah and somehow survived, but these "chilly" nights in AZ make me want a big warm blanket and a cup of hot chocolate.  Brad is the resident hot cocoa maker in our family.  I ordered up a mug full of his specialty and he was happy to oblige.  I am thankful for a noticeable change in season, cold nights, and hot chocolate!

You always have been
my "cozy" girl. I love
that even in the desert
of AZ you can find a time
to snuggle up with a
blanky and hot chocolate
